Common FAQ's

Renting a golf cart is fun and exciting! No more worrying about walking to the beach carrying a heavy cooler or driving to that amazing restaurant and worrying about finding parking. However, our street legal cars do have a few rules and regulations to keep in mind. 

  • Yes. All drivers need a valid drivers license and must be 18 years or older to drive the golf cart. 

  • Yes, all of our carts are street legal but can ONLY be driven on roads that are 30 mph or less. If a road has a higher speed limit than 30mph carts a not permitted to drive on them per Florida state law. 

  • No. The carts are not permitted to leave the island or go over any bridges. Failure to follow this rule will result in an immediate pickup and no refund. 

  • Yes, all of our carts have seatbelts and each person must be wearing a seat belt when the cart is moving.
